Stacy Gromlich joined Malady & Wooten in 2019 and brings over 17 years of experience working in the healthcare policy arena. Her understanding of the legislative process and experience in the government relations profession have resulted in successful legislation and advocacy victories for her clients.

Prior to her experience in government relations, Stacy served as a research analyst for the Republican House Health and Human Services Committee. In her role with the committee, she worked on constituent inquiries, wrote and analyzed policy relating to health and human services topics covering all aspects of the healthcare industry. Stacy specifically worked on issues such as health savings accounts, newborn screening, hospital payment legislation and several drug and alcohol treatment policies during her time with the committee. Prior to working with a specific committee, she also served as a constituent correspondence writer for the House Republican caucus where she worked on the House Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Resources and Energy, Liquor Control, Education and Health and Human Services Committees. Prior to her time in Harrisburg, Stacy served as a legislative assistant in the district office of former State Representative Jere Strittmatter from Lancaster County.

A graduate of Millersville University, Stacy earned a BA in Government and Political Affairs. She is a lifelong Pennsylvanian who was born and raised in Lackawanna County. She is active in her community and is a member of Women in Pennsylvania Government Relations and a Republican Committeewoman. Previously, Stacy served in local government as a Lemoyne Borough Council Member. She is a 2011 graduate of the Anne Anstine Excellence in Public Service Series and the 2010 Recipient of the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association President's Award for advocacy. Stacy served on Governor-elect Corbett's Transition Team for the Department of Labor and Industry in 2010. Stacy and her family reside in Cumberland County.
